We keep things local to ensure speed and reliable tracking. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Nothing at all! We believe in straightforward shopping, so we cover all standard courier costs.

How long does delivery take?

Your total waiting time is split into two straightforward parts:

  • Handling Time (1 – 3 Business Days): This is our internal prep window. We verify your order, run a quick quality check, pack everything safely, and hand your package over to our shipping carriers. (We pack orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Transit Time (3 – 6 Business Days): This is the active time your package spends traveling on the road. Once the mail carrier scans the box, it typically takes this long to land at your front door.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your shipping label is generated and the package leaves our facility, we will send an automated confirmation email right to your inbox with a live tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first package scan.

What if I type the wrong address?

Please take an extra moment to double-check your delivery info before completing your order! To keep our shipping completely free and efficient, Jennifer Wheeler cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are returned to us due to typos, incorrect zip codes, or forgotten apartment/suite numbers.
